Chou Ninja Tai Inazuma

In the far future (2076), aspiring TV producer Terada Jun with the TV Station, "Magical TV" proposes to create the ultimate kid's televison reality program. She conspires with her AP (Assistant Producer) Kurata and Bureau Chief Mishima to travel to the past to create a real "superhero" for children to idolize. Using the "Time Teleport" machine the threesome travel into the past and arrive in Edo Japan circia 1603. There they meet three local villagers - a metal crafter (Hosomatsu), a carpenter (Kankichi) and snack shop girl (Kaguya) and select them to be the "stars" of their show. Outfitting them with futuristic ninja costumes and armed with an array of hi-tech weaponry, Jun christens them the "Cho Ninja Tai Inazuma" (Super Ninja Team - Inazuma). As "Raiden" (Hosomatsu), "Senden"(Kankichi) and "Shiden"(Kaguya), the three play out the roles of heroes (albeit in a clumsy, dim witted and comical sort of way) in Jun's little TV drama. Their lives become complicated however with the emergeance of an evil battalion of "Yokai" who have become aware of their power and want it for themselves. To this end they transform the trio's best friends into their worst enemies - fabrics shop owner Kikyoya Terunosuke becomes the evil Dokumyomiya, his sister Ito becomes the seductress Jiyoyokumo and the ronin Onoki Toujiro becomes the monstrous Kamakiriki. Can the Inazuma team save their friends and defeat the evil Yokai? Will Jun's "social experiment" be a hit in the future?

Ch&訅 Ninja Tai Inazuma!! SPARK (超忍者隊イナズマ!!ＳＰＡＲＫ, Ch&訅 Ninja Tai Inazuma!! Sup&覹ku?) is the sequel to Ch&訅 Ninja Tai Inazuma!. A year after the prequel's events, Jun is now producing a sequel to her original show and has the daughter of Magical TV's president as her female lead. However, Tsubame is unable to keep herself from helping those she feels are in need, and she is accidentally sent to the Edo period where she tries to befriend a ronin shinobi. Hosomatsu and Kankichi are trying to find out who is killing all of daimyo, but Kaguya is traveling with Tojiro, so they are down one member as Inazuma.
